The product you are opening
BamLog gives you on-device tools to capture feeding, diaper, sleep, and growth notes by tap, voice, or object/document photo; review today’s timeline; optionally ask the nested helper after DeepSeek consent; keep a vaccination checklist and morning brief; and place a home-screen widget. BamLog is not a medical service, does not create a BamLog login account, and — on this release — does not sell In-App Purchases or subscriptions.
Eligibility and lawful use
You must be able to enter a binding agreement under applicable law and use the App only for lawful caregiver record-keeping. Do not submit content you are not allowed to use. Do not use the helper to seek emergency, diagnostic, or illegal assistance.
Your rows stay on the phone
You keep rights in the baby profile, care logs, stills, briefs, and notes you create. Core diary data stays on this iPhone until you erase it with Reset all data, export and clear it yourself, or remove the App. BamLog does not promise an account-backed cloud restore of wiped on-device data.
Apple platform services
Camera, Photos, Microphone, Speech, and widgets remain under Apple’s terms. Because this build ships without a BamLog StoreKit catalog, there is no Apple In-App Purchase billing path inside BamLog to dispute with us — platform charges outside BamLog (if any) remain Apple’s responsibility under Apple’s rules.
Measurement and optional AI
BamLog may show an App Tracking Transparency prompt and use Adjust only to measure campaign installs and related analytics events described in the Privacy Policy. DeepSeek requests leave the device only after you Agree on the helper consent card (or re-grant a scope in Settings). Decline or withdraw keeps local logging available.
Availability
Features may change, pause, or end. DeepSeek replies and Adjust measurement depend on network and third-party availability. Manual logging and timeline review continue when cloud help is off.
Intellectual property
App software, design, and branding remain with their owners. You keep rights in your personal care records and stills. DeepSeek and Adjust belong to their owners; BamLog only calls them on the paths described in the Privacy Policy.
Limits
Helper answers, briefs, and photo drafts can be wrong or incomplete — review before you Accept. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for caregiving decisions you make, third-party model or measurement availability, or content you choose to send after Agree. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived remain in force.
Stopping and contact
You may stop using BamLog, withdraw AI scopes, decline tracking, erase local data, or remove the App at any time. Contact care@bamlog.app.
