BamLog Privacy Policy / 밤기록 개인정보 처리방침

Effective date: September 16, 2026 Updated: September 16, 2026 Support: care@bamlog.app

What BamLog keeps at the bedside

BamLog (밤기록) is a Korean-first night-care logger for one-handed logging at 3 a.m. Tap, speak, or photograph a feeding, diaper, sleep, growth, or checkup note and read it on today’s timeline. The nested helper (“밤이”) answers only from care rows already saved on this iPhone. BamLog does not create a BamLog login account and does not cloud-sync your care diary as an account service.

On-device diary (default)

These stay on this iPhone unless you export them or erase them:

  • Baby profile fields you enter (name, birthday, optional photo)
  • Feeding, diaper, sleep, growth, vaccination checklist, and morning-brief cards
  • Original stills attached to confirmed entries
  • On-device learning notes used only to improve the next draft
  • AI consent choices plus language and feeding-reminder preferences
  • Widget snapshot fields in App Group group.bamlog.shared (last feeding time, sleep-in-progress flag)

Settings → Reset all data erases baby info, logs, vaccines, AI consent, language/notification preferences, and related local state on this device. BamLog has no cloud “account wipe” — the control is on-device only. Removing the App also removes App-group snapshot data. Export JSON first if you need a copy.

Permissions (only when you press the control)

  • Camera — bottle scale, diaper, checkup sheet, or paper log (object/document; BamLog does not run baby-face analysis)
  • Photos (read) — pick an existing bottle/checkup still
  • Photos (add) — save a confirmed still or growth-curve card
  • Microphone — speak a short care phrase; level meters stay local
  • Speech recognition — turn that phrase into draft text; BamLog prefers Apple on-device recognition when the device supports it; otherwise Apple’s speech service may process the audio briefly. Raw microphone buffers are not uploaded to DeepSeek.
  • App Tracking Transparency — see measurement below

The in-App “feeding reminders” toggle stores a local preference. This reviewed tip does not call UNUserNotificationCenter for a remote-push permission prompt.

Purchases

This reviewed release does not offer In-App Purchases, Night Cards, subscriptions, or any other paid entitlement rail. There is no StoreKit product catalog in the BamLog sources on this tip.

Install measurement (ATT + Adjust)

BamLog can measure whether an external marketing campaign led to installing BamLog. The reviewed release includes App Tracking Transparency and the Adjust SDK (AdjustSdk). After the system ATT prompt, BamLog applies Adjust third-party sharing settings to match your choice.

When measurement is allowed, BamLog may process device or app identifiers used by Adjust (including values such as IDFV / Adjust ADID) plus limited app activity needed for install attribution and related analytics (for example session-ready, first-visit, and AI-consent result signals). PrivacyInfo on this tip declares NSPrivacyTracking true, lists Adjust consent.* tracking domains, and declares Device ID for analytics with tracking enabled, plus Health and User Content categories for App Functionality without tracking.

BamLog does not show third-party ads and does not use that measurement for remarketing. Declining ATT leaves feeding/diaper/sleep logging and the rest of the night desk fully available.

Optional DeepSeek help (Agree first)

The first time you open the helper, BamLog shows an AI consent card that names DeepSeek and lets you Agree or keep logging only. You can later withdraw individual scopes (voice parsing help, photo object/document help, record Q&A, morning brief) under Settings → Privacy.

Only after Agree may BamLog send to DeepSeek (api.deepseek.com, model deepseek-v4-flash-vision-exp):

  • age-band label and recent log aggregates (kind / time / amount)
  • stored growth measurements
  • your question text or on-device transcript text (not the raw microphone file)
  • object/document still pixels when that turn needs them (bottle scale, diaper, checkup sheet)
  • last-night summary rows for a morning brief

BamLog does not analyze baby faces, does not pack contacts or precise location into those requests, and does not offer a separate BamLog account cloud of your diary. DeepSeek’s own policy applies to data it receives after you Agree. Helper replies are consent-gated only — this tip has no card balance, debit, or paywall in front of AI.

Network surfaces

Network access may be used for consent-gated DeepSeek calls, Adjust measurement traffic, and loading the published Privacy / Terms / Support pages. There is no BamLog caregiver-account backend for diary sync and no Apple StoreKit purchase flow on this tip.

Retention

Care rows and related local state remain until you reset them in Settings or remove the App. Data already sent to DeepSeek or Adjust after you allowed those paths follows those providers’ retention practices.

Care boundary

BamLog is a Lifestyle caregiver productivity tool, not a medical device and not a Kids Category experience. Timeline summaries, vaccination checklists, morning briefs, and helper replies are informational only — not diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice. If you are worried about a child, contact a pediatric clinician.

Changes

We may update this policy; the effective and updated dates above change when we do.
